Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Emporia By Ihg, Emporia

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and of a good size, but unfortunately, there was an offensive musty odor in one of my units. The service was friendly and helpful, although one staff member seemed not happy to be there. The location was convenient off I-95, making it easy to access, but it had very few nearby choices. The facilities were satisfactory, with a disappointing experience in one room due to a musty smell.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, but the strong peppermint smell was overwhelming. Unfortunately, my room was infested with thousands of ants, which was not pleasant. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, especially when I was stranded due to car failure.
